The Raceday Stewards reviewed an incident shortly after leaving stalls where Ruler's Control ridden by L.T. McAteer jumped right. Having viewed the recording of the race and considered the matter, the Raceday Stewards were satisfied that no further action was warranted.
055D Nua's Canine Therapy H'capThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Back Down Under, trained by Padraig Roche, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be showing signs of coming into season but was otherwise post race normal.
055F Nua Healthcare Irish LincolnshireD.P. McDonogh, rider of Ribee, trained by Michael Mulvany, reported to the Clerk of the Scales that his mount hung right in the last furlong.
The Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Akecheta, trained by Kevin Thomas Coleman, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to be post race normal.

055H 1xBet.ie Supporting Irish Racing H'capThe Irish Horseracing Regulatory Board Veterinary Officer examined Kakori, trained by Joseph Patrick O'Brien, at the request of the Raceday Stewards and reported the animal to have grazed the inside and outside left hock.
The Raceday Stewards interviewed Reese Holohan, rider of Satono Chevalier, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who stated that he got racing early on heavy ground and lost count. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards found the rider in breach of Reg.10.3.(g)(frequency) and having taken his clean record into account suspended him for two race days.
The Raceday Stewards interviewed A. Browne-Souza, rider of Lough Leane, concerning his use of the whip in the latter stages of this race. Evidence was heard from the rider concerned who stated that his mount was tiring from the two furlong pole and was lugging right and he lost count. Having viewed a recording of the race and considered the evidence the Raceday Stewards found the rider in breach of Reg.10.3.(g)(frequency) and having taken his record into account (second offence) they suspended him for four race days.
